Energy is the prime requirement of life on the planet. The mode of energy & the pace of energy matters to life the most. Energy in its both faces positive as well negative revolves round in a specific fragment. It is for life to adjust the mode & lifestyle to accommodate the energy as per requirement of life.

If life goes against the flow of energy than have to face undue resistance from it & in other words if life goes all along the energy flow life feel comfort form it. Energy cycle have their specific routs in & out side the orbit of life.

On the basis of those routs social system is designed by the saints & seers to carry on with right pace having peace & prosperity to life. Energy levels too matters the life to carry on with.

Though its intake from the out side to maintain the level of inside energy. But inside energy could also be recharging though specific modes up to a specific level in life. What ever feeds we have part our energy storage to carry on with. What ever we perform it utilize energy to act their on.

If level of energy goes down then it come the way tiredness & suffering.

To maintain the energy level it needs few precautions with awareness of the subject to have a life in its true mode. Our diet & our life style matters to it the most. If placed self near the nature & follow the rules of nature then energy levels mostly come the way itself.

Energy is the foremost state of nature which results in from the healthy environment. Our acts on to life & nature matters to mode of energy its pace.

Better be on right pace of life to meet rich energy levels to have a meaningful life.

Energy is the only source of life on to this planet; the sun is the main source of energy on the planet. Energy is the pace of life. Though energy can not be created nor be destroyed, it’s the form of energy which could matters the life.

That’s why soul is taken as the counter part of the sun. The sun directly interacts with soul to establish the state of awakening as life on the planet. as the sun rises it goes the awakening state of life for animate & inanimate ,as the sun set it goes the way other.

Rising sun inflict the rays which put the life in gear in its true mode, that's why it quotes by saints & seers that wake up before the sun rise, welcome it with the rise to have its favorable.

At the time of sun rise, state of mind goes sharp. That’s why being used for the best ever thing of life_ realization & prayer. two hours before the sun rise counted very auspicious all the way, to put up the wishes for the day, to put up the thoughts for the day, to put up the core of heart for the god for him to listen & oblige.

At sun rise energy inflict its fine wizard for life, morning era rejuvenates the body cells in perfect mode to carry on, light exercises helps a lot to recharge the energy levels of life. Positive thoughts make the energy level filled with winning smile at heart.

All our senses interact with the mode of energy in their own profile to recharge them but at the time of sun rise it stands at its optimum pace to induce the true mode of life.

Energy level of heart & mind is must to maintain the equilibrium with the state of soul. if the energy level of heart & mind goes well than it results in perfect health & meaningful life.
